Summary:
Provides Administrative Support to Broker and Financial Professional Recruiters.
As the Retail Sales & Recruiting Support Specialist, you have the role of supporting VP of Retail Sales and Advisory Recruiting teams with various projects and tasks related to advisor and Financial Center recruiting. You will work with many department leaders and executives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Event Planning & Production
Assist with training & mentoring new employees on the Recruiting team
Proficient with LinkedIn marketing needs and prospecting campaigns
Coordinate prospective Financial Centers/Financial Advisors information form for each call/meeting w/ Partner Dev Rep (PDR)
Manage all prospective seminars/webinars
Manage the RIMS system for Recruiting
Prepares meeting/event agendas
Coordinate w/ Partner Development Reps on recruit materials
Be familiar with commission payout system
Coordinate/host Home Office Visits for recruit's w/ PDR's
Manage recruit database, Weekly Dashboard Reports
Know all relevant company sales literature and provide feedback
Help coordinate/manage the relationship - meetings between Marketing, Transitions and Recruiting
Vendor Administration
Etc.
